We will deliver to your venue the day before your event and collect everything the day after unless this is a Sunday in which case we will collect on Monday.
We often have so many deliveries it is not possible to promise you a delivery time I'm afraid.   
For a one-off charge of £50 we will deliver your entire order a day early to give you more time to set up.
No! Washing up is included in the hire price. All you need to do is scrape the plates off and put them back in the boxes. Tip any dregs out of the glasses and pop them back in the boxes.
Once we have got your order back to the depot we will count it back into stock and you will be charged replacement cost for any missing or damaged items.
Brush any debris off the cloths and fold them back into the delivery bags. DO NOT put damp linen back in the bags (hang it up to dry) as it will develop mould very quickly and we cannot launder that out. Any stains or mould that cannot be laundered out will incur a charge of the replacement cost of the item. DO NOT let your guests draw on the linen! ( honestly it happens all the time ....)
I'm afraid not. Once you have hired the items you will be charged for them.
Yes. You can make changes to your order up to 7 days before your delivery date ( subject to delivery ). To make changes to your linen order we will need 14 days notice.
